We have 312 research persons in our technology center, own many modern technology software, such as CAD,CAE, CAM, CAPP, UG, Anycasting, InteCAE simulation, and PLM system etc. Besides, we own professional equipments to match research and development, such as direct-reading spectrometer, S-DAS spectrum analyzer, X-Ray flaw detector, 3D scanner, CMM, X-ray real time imagery detecting system, cleanliness inspection equipment, intelligence molding material gas-forming detector, intelligence thermal meter verification system. On one hand, we insist in technology promotion and process improvement, on the other hand, we concentrate on combining our experience and digitization operation to realize the gathering of the earlier stage design and simulation and manufacturing so that to meet the simultaneous development, trial produce and manufacturing.
