In 2009, the company introduced the US General Motors QSB quality management system to further enhance the company's quality management protection efforts. With good product quality, the company has won ¡°2010 Annual Rui'an Mayor Quality Prize¡±. Over the years, Ruiming has been awarded ¡° Excellent Quality Prize¡±, ¡°Gold Prize for Quality¡± and other honorary prizes.
In Quality detection we use laser tracking measurement and intelligent efficient strength and fatigue test and two-dimension code building automation, intelligent analysis equipment data acquisition quality tracking system, to realize intelligent online detection. Casting system currently have Quality Assurance Equipment instrument including Germany SPECTRO spectrometer, spectrum analyzer from shimadzu, sand experiment test system, X-ray machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, Germany ZWICK Property Tester, articular arm laser scanner, Thermal calibration system, combustion chamber height gauge, etc. Machining system currently has US Trump Coordinates Measuring Machine, Germany LEITZ HD scanning CMM, cleanliness testing system, Germany WEISS salt spray device, German Omar rough profile of AIO, v image measuring apparatus, length gauges, etc. In addition, Ruiming also established physical & chemical laboratory, chemical analysis room, sand mold laboratory, Engine comprehensive performance testing laboratory and other professional laboratories.
